Shae and I walk and do yoga every Saturday. We enjoy catching up with each other and love the stroll along the beach. We begin at the church and continue down Main and after our workout we return. It is a 3 mile loop and we walk by parks, homes and businesses.
Today, Shae was observing several homes that were for sale and was carrying on a rapid conversation with her friend Sam, as I eavesdropped behind them. She's chattering away, as is usual, when abruptly she turns and asks me "Do you think that house has an underneath?" "You mean a basement? No, honey, no underneaths are available in HB."
So blond . . . and she's the one leaving for the University of Oregon in the fall.
