HITTING THE PLANE

It seems that the vacation ended much to soon. Matt and Anthony are packing and watching a favorite movie, "Sandlot" and getting ready for Scott to take them to John Wayne airport in about an hour to catch that long flight home. We have had a wonderful time getting to know these distant cousins. The girls loved having them around, the testosterone has been good for them, and Scott and I just enjoy kids in general, although they do tend to suck the energy out of one at times, in a good way.

Matt and Anthony were the perfect summer guests. We could not have asked for better behaved young men. Once home, when they settle back into their NJ life, it is my prayer that they will have made memories to last a lifetime. And should they ever need to make more memories in Huntington Beach, CA, we would love to have them come back . . . even bring some friends (Kellyann was a joy Matt).

You guys lived with us for a week . . . you know we love a party. Safe travels and we love you both in a way that only a Roderick can . . . xoxo
