The Roderick gang down in Carlsbad for the afternoon. Lovely day of laughing, eating, driving, eating, chatting, eating and just enjoying each other. Nana and Grandpa took us to their favorite Italian restaurant and Matt and Anthony said it tasted like the real thing. High praise from boys who know what authentic is when they taste it.
Those New Jersey boys are so much fun to be around. I so wish we all lived a little closer and could spend more time together. Anthony decided he is going to set up a family reunion on the east coast next summer. We'll be waiting to hear the details.
For now, we are enjoying every moment of the time we're spending together. We plan to send them home as honorary California Roderick's.
