Rise and shine was at 8:00am and we didn't stop until 10:00pm tonight. The schedule was like as follows:
We picked up Shae and Courtney at 9:00am and grabbed coffee to go and headed to Portland, about 2 hours away, where we met up with Kesley and Tug, his given name is David but we tenderly refer to him as Tug. We shopped at Ikea, which took f.o.r.e.v.e.r. and then grabbed some lunch, yes lunch, at 3:00pm. Time for fond farwells to K. and T. and back in the car for the road trip back to Eugene. But wait. We must hit the outlets for some J. Crew, Banana Republic, Quicksilver, Gap, etc. Then it's back on the road again to U. of O. with another stop at the storage unit to pick up the last item, a small refrigerator. Now it's on to Shae's apartment to unload everything and, yup, back in the car to go to Target for a dresser and odds and ends. Finally, back to the apartment to unload again, do some more odds and ends and by the grace of God, Scott and I are safely back in our hotel room ready for some well deserved rest.
Roderick's, occasionally, get tired of shopping. Unbelievable.
