GROUPS

Groups started tonight, our mid-week program for K-3. We changed up the whole format and it worked out great. I think the kids really had a riot (in a good way) while learning about baby Moses.

It's an 8 week series on Moses and every week it gets a little more challenging. They have to complete tasks to get to the "Party" and tonight's party was root beer floats.

As they're drinking their floats I'm chatting them up and asked who could burp the loudest. That was met with much enthusiasm and several boys cranked it. Not to ignore the females in the room I invited them to give it their best shot. Not one taker, seriously. However one little boy in the back yelled out "Girls don't burp they toot". Hmm.

Gotta love 'em.
