HOLIDAY INN

We pulled in last night after midnight. We were all exhausted and ready to hit the sheets. Scott checked us in and we looked for a parking spot. He discovers all kinds of law enforement vehicles and he is stoked. We didn't want to unpack the whole car so he tucked the Hylander between two of these trucks and figures we've got it made.

Here's the rub. They are US Forest Service vehicles. What does a law enforcement officer in the USFS enforce? Do they carry weapons? How about badges? What laws do they enforce? Who breaks these laws? I am curious.

It really didn't matter. They were all gone when we walked out to the car this morning. It must have worked because not one thing was missing out of our car.

Gotta hand it to the USFS for keeping the Roderick ride safe and unscathed.
